Multimodal Biomedical Pattern Mining for Disease Combination Medication

  • Integrated multimodal drug data, including chemical structural groups, enzyme genes, and target genes.
  • Formulated joint medication pattern mining as a machine learning classification problem.
  • Built and deployed a Streamlit-based web system for remote access.

  • Applied object detection to recognize manhole cover status automatically.
  • Used diffusion-based image generation to mitigate sample imbalance.

  • Studied diffusion models and flow matching for materials generation, with emphasis on energy-guided vector field optimization.

  • Investigated low-rank decomposition and related acceleration techniques for large-scale materials pretraining.
