Multimodal Biomedical Pattern Mining for Disease Combination Medication
- Integrated multimodal drug data, including chemical structural groups, enzyme genes, and target genes.
- Formulated joint medication pattern mining as a machine learning classification problem.
- Built and deployed a Streamlit-based web system for remote access.

Intelligent Manhole Cover Hazard Recognition and Processing System
- Applied object detection to recognize manhole cover status automatically.
- Used diffusion-based image generation to mitigate sample imbalance.
- Developed the application with UniApp for hazard recognition and processing workflows.

Few-Shot AI System for Industrial Automation Control with Transfer Learning and Physics-Based Interpretability
- Collected and processed industrial data, with a focus on resolving data fragmentation and temporal alignment issues.
- Implemented the system's core algorithmic models by integrating time-series forecasting with optimal control, followed by real-world industrial validation.

- Studied diffusion models and flow matching for materials generation, with emphasis on energy-guided vector field optimization.
- Explored integrating three-body attention into equivariant frameworks for stronger representation of complex atomic systems.
- Investigated low-rank decomposition and related acceleration techniques for large-scale materials pretraining.
