Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Vynoa’s AI-assisted content planning, generation, video-production, export, and billing services.
1. Account and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace.
2. The service
Vynoa helps turn topics and references into opportunities, Viral Briefs, multi-format content assets, and faceless short-video production tasks. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication. Vynoa does not guarantee reach, views, revenue, or virality.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit and generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law. While an active Pro or Ultra subscription is in effect, Vynoa grants you permission to use generated output commercially to the extent Vynoa can grant that permission. This does not grant rights in third-party materials, trademarks, likenesses, or content you do not own. You grant Vynoa the limited rights needed to process, store, and deliver your content and to operate and improve the service. You must have the rights needed for submitted materials and references.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Vynoa to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, steal credentials, create prohibited sexual content involving minors, facilitate severe physical harm, impersonate others deceptively, or evade safeguards. We may block unsafe requests or suspend abusive use.
5. Plans, Credits, and payment
Each eligible new account may receive one device-based Free signup grant: 300 Credits when first registering on desktop or 180 Credits when first registering on mobile. The grant expires 24 hours after issuance, does not renew monthly, and is subject to anti-abuse controls that prevent repeat claims across accounts or devices. Successful operations consume Credits at the rate shown in the product; failed generations return reserved Credits to their original bucket without extending an expiry. Eligible Ultra generations marked Unlimited use 0 Credits and remain subject to the plan’s concurrency, queue, safety, acceptable-use, and anti-abuse controls. Subscription Credits reset at the end of their billing period, while separately purchased top-up Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Subotiz. 6. Availability and changes
Early-stage features may change, fail, or be discontinued. We aim to preserve workspace data and release reserved usage after failed generation, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Material plan or term changes will be communicated through the service or account email when required.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Vynoa is not responsible for publication decisions, platform enforcement, third-party services, or indirect losses. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
